I am sorry you feel this way, but as i told you yesterday that this is not a safety nor warranty issue this is a negligence issue. The cup holder from you car seat keeps falling off and wedging itself underneath the front seat of your Malibu. This is putting pressure on your wiring harness which is causing it to short out. We do have pictures of this issue if you would like to see the photos, so you can see the damage caused by the cup holder. GM will warranty manufacture defects in their products but not negligence caused by the customers.
