My husband and I have purchased three vehicles over the past 14 years from Phillips Chevrolet. The salesman who helped us was Joe Luque, and he was great! He listened to what my husband wanted and did not try to push us into a car that was more than he needed. Joe was very knowledgable about the dealer's inventoryand explained all of the features of all the 21013 Malibu models to us. He showed us cars with exactly what we wanted and we were able to choose a car right away. Because he worked hard to give us the best price for our trade-in, find the maximum rebates, and give us the best interest rate, my husband and I drove away with a car that had more features than we had expected in a beautiful car. Even though it was late in the evening and past closing time, before we drove away, Joe patiently sat in the car and explained all the features of the car, hooked up our phones to the Bluetooth, and connected us with the Onstar. He made certain that we understood everything and were satisfied in every way. The best part of our experience with Joe was his demeanor during the process. He made us feel welcome and valued and led us through the process with kindness, helpfulness, and a great sense of humor and respect. I traded in my 2010 Ford Fusion for a new 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's been about a week since I bought the car, and I am incredibly happy on the purchase. He is honest, striaght forward and has a good sense of humor even tho he is a White Sox fan. Rafat Alamawi has worked with us on 2 of our deals and again no nonsense, straight shooter, worked with us the entire time. He makes you feel like part of the family. This last time he was not part of the deal but made sure to THANK us for stopping in. Matthew Braley was the finance guy this time around and when I stopped in to the dealership the next day and he saw me and came over to talk to me as if we have known each other for years. My parents have purchased 3 cars from Phillips, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. The service department is also great, and they work hard to make sure you have what you need. I love that the concierge will arrange for whatever you need while you wait, and a loaner car is offered if you have to leave your car there for more than 10 hours. It was very helpful to have that option when I dropped my car off to get the protective package applied. Everyone there definitely works hard to make you happy so you'll keep coming back. More
