I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Mainline Acura Dealership, and my experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, the sales staff displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of greeting me warmly and answering my questions transparently, they seemed disinterested. I was hit with unexpected fees and charges during the trade in process. When calling them out on they played dumb. In conclusion, my experience at Mainline Acura Dealership was deeply disappointing. The lack of professionalism, shady pricing tactics, and overall discomfort make it a dealership I cannot recommend. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your car-buying needs. More
