I had a scheduled 8 AM appointment for an oil change and inspection. There was also an emissions recall, the service adviser assured me my car would be ready by noon. I called around 3:30, and my car wasn't inspection. There was also an emissions recall, the service adviser assured me my car would be ready by noon. I called around 3:30, and my car wasn't "in the system" and I was told I would receive a return call. The dealership never called me back, I called around 5 and got an answering machine. I picked up my vehicle the next morning. I do not think I'll use this dealership again. The customer service was deplorable, it reminded me of the importance of customer service for retention of consumers. Unbelievable and arrogant. More
