I was referred by a new friend named Lori Keith and as soon as I met Todd Boucher, the salesperson at Pine Belt, I had the feeling that it was going to be a great visit. Todd was super friendly as he got the job done of acquiring info from me....he gave me every option and while doing so, it was super evident that he cared about what was best for me as a customer. The transaction was a wonderful blend of factual information and relationship-building, which is hugely important in the business of sales, I know..... As Todd escorted me to the various other departments, such as Finance and Insurance, he always checked back in to see how I was doing...I ended up purchasing my leased vehicle and he got it detailed for me so that it looked as if it were brand, spanking new.....
