Switching from a lease to buying out my car Todd B was very helpful for the buy out process. He went above and beyond and connected me to a great insurance agent afterwards. I do not know much a Todd B was very helpful for the buy out process. He went above and beyond and connected me to a great insurance agent afterwards. I do not know much about cars and the process of purchasing one, but Todd assisted every step of the way to make the process less stressful. Useless We were admittedly late for our appointment since the GPS took us to a church rather than the dealership. We walked in and the guy who seemed to funct We were admittedly late for our appointment since the GPS took us to a church rather than the dealership. We walked in and the guy who seemed to function as an MC told us a wonderful salesman would be right with us. When that guy never materialized were given to the most senior sales rep. Every once in a while the whole process was interrupted by the entire place stopping to clap, presumably due to a sale. But the worst was the 'senior salesman'. I wish I could remember his name. I had all kinds of questions about a Chevy Malibu Hybrid. He clearly had no clue, which was bad enough, but he proceeded to make up answers that I guess he thought would do. For example, "What does two motor mean?" Answer: "One motor over each front wheel." WRONG! After taking a test drive he sat us at a table and went off to another customer. He never came back and no none else ever came. We left, never to return. I've marked Adam Weilebinski as the salesman, but this may be inaccurate. If so, I apologize but I had to do it to submit the rating. More

Good Pricing, Horrible Delivery Experience After successfully negotiating a lease on a 2017 Tahoe, I had arranged with my sales person to take delivery on a friday at 5:30pm. He assured me the After successfully negotiating a lease on a 2017 Tahoe, I had arranged with my sales person to take delivery on a friday at 5:30pm. He assured me the process would only take about an hour, and that all of my paperwork was ready to go in the finance office. Upon arrival at the dealership, they quickly removed the tags from my trade in and made it "disappear." Note- my wife and I brought our little one since we were told we would be done within an hour. I was then told by my sales person we would be next to go complete our paperwork with the finance manager., well not so much. We sat and waited for over 3 hours, with a 6 month old, and kept being told we were next. After finally being brought back to the finance manager, I asked what took so long and he said they were really busy and my paperwork was not completed as I was re-assured by my sales person prior to taking the hour drive to the dealership. Although the pricing was exceptional, this experience really turned me off to the dealership as they lied about the time this process would take, as well as that we would be next, otherwise I would not have brought my son along. To allow a customer buying a $70k vehicle to sit around for 3 hours with a 6 month old is completely unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated by me or my wife in the future. Oh and a side note, we ended up at the pediatrician the following day with the little one who had a cold which I contribute directly to sitting in the dealership for hours on end after being told we would be done in an hour.
