I LOOOOOOVE Pine Belt Chevy! Thanks guys! Pine Belt Chevy is the BEEEEEST. My mom and I were AMAZED at how great the service was. Bob Penny is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met Pine Belt Chevy is the BEEEEEST. My mom and I were AMAZED at how great the service was. Bob Penny is honestly one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he made us feel so excited about our new car. Robert and Jared were also amazingly helpful, welcoming and kind. From having great communication with us on the phone before we even got to the dealership, to starting our paperwork on the phone so it was done before we even arrived, to picking us up right from our front door to test drive the car, I truly felt everyone at Pine Belt Chevy went above and beyond to give us the best service possible. We truly could not be happier or more impressed with the service and with our new car. Thanks guys!!!! More

EXCELLENT Eugene help me and spent 4 hours with me showing me everything going for a test drive and helping me par my phone to the vehicle. and took me around Eugene help me and spent 4 hours with me showing me everything going for a test drive and helping me par my phone to the vehicle. and took me around the dealership and when i got home I went into my computer and got an email from On-Star saying I got a recall on my 2017 Chevrolet Cruse #9102790 REPLACE HIGH MOUNT STOP LAMP UNITS AND GASKETS Well I called Eugene right away and he told me I will get right back to you . Well I received a call back in 10 minutes from the Service Dept and they said when are you available to come in I told them I am off tomorrow and they told me to bring the vehicle in at 8:00am. I did and the fix the problem in 15 minutes. Eugene was there and very help full in a part of this. Regards, James Vitale More

Service after sale I have a service issue. I have written and spoken to my Salesman. I have gotten no response at all. NONE. I have written to a Sub-contractor suppli I have a service issue. To be fair , I have not been to the Service Center about this problem yet, I have not been able to get Customer Service to acknowledge the issue More
