Worst dealership I ever experienced. I am a 5 time owner of Chevy Impalas. Called spoke to salesperson about a new trade that was listed for sale. He said might still be in shop but c I am a 5 time owner of Chevy Impalas. Called spoke to salesperson about a new trade that was listed for sale. He said might still be in shop but could make available to look at that evening. Told me specifically to ask for Marlin or Kim and they will be sure to make the car accessible. Drove an hour to dealership that evening to be told by Marlin he didn't have access and Kevin left no notes and oh that's the car everyone is calling about but I couldn't see it. Bait and switch sounds more like it. Much more details but as a 5 time owner I know several people aren't looking at it...I know this vehicle and the market for them well. Wasted an hour of my time to tell me the car wasn't available. Long story short...read all the one star reviews on Google about this place...very bad dealership..shady and untruthful! I will be posting my experience on every social media platform because of them wasting time and money running there for lies! More
