Service Department Was Terrible Brought in a Ford Fusion 2012 for service work on an airbag replacement. Made a Tuesday appointment. Wednesday - phone call - sorry not done. Thurs Brought in a Ford Fusion 2012 for service work on an airbag replacement. Made a Tuesday appointment. Wednesday - phone call - sorry not done. Thursday - we'll have it done by early afternoon. Thursday afternoon - we haven't even started it yet. Friday - phone call with Anthony Gagliano get a snooty reply that an appointment was only an appointment to drop off and not a promise of service. Now, Takata would have paid for a rental car. If they had told me they would take to friggin long I would have taken the free rental. Extremely bad service. Bought the car from this location - but I'll never bring it there for service work again. EVER! More

Prices on the internet are good. Applying for financing on the internet works great and the interest rate was good. Doing a trade-in is possible but it’s hard to get a good value. I understand Planet Ford’s position and having to make a decision based on pictures of a used car is challenging. But the bottom line net cost worked out great after a little back and forth with Lauren Forgie, the Internet Director. My salesman was Alex Campos who provided excellent service which allowed me to complete the purchase by email and sign the paperwork when he made the delivery. Chris Peterpaul in Finance called the day before to go over the documents which were exactly what I expected. Alex delivered the new car to my home, I signed the papers in the garage, and Alex drove away with my trade-in. The entire process took less than a week. I’m glad I was able to purchase a car that I was already familiar with and didn’t need to do a test drive. It’s too bad I have been restricted from using it for so long except for trips to the grocery store and restaurant take-out pickup. you have got to be kidding me Planet ford had a used kia for sale. I am not a TX resident so i called and asked about the car. After speaking to a sales person, i decided to go ahe Planet ford had a used kia for sale. I am not a TX resident so i called and asked about the car. After speaking to a sales person, i decided to go ahead and buy the car, eventually having to decide whether i was going to fly in and pick it up or have it shipped. I let the salesman (Chris Byrd) know i wanted the car. He took the keys and asked that i wire the money. After getting the wire instructions, they were not complete and they were altered. Not feeling 100% safe that this isnt a fraud wire, i decided to write a check and send instead of wiring the money (was going to get there as quickly as the wire). Apparently the sales manager decided to sell the car out from underneath me to another person since my check had not arrived. They clearly did not honor their word (sell the car), promise to hold the car or commitment. It took 3 days for them to tell me the car was sold and i could not have it. The salesmanager Ron Steward refused to return my call. The manager Karen Walker promised to find out what happened and call me right back but never did. The sales guy, Chris, eventually let me know. While that was disappointing when i found out, After finding out, i called every one there letting them know to not cash my check as did the sales guy (Chris) acting as my rep and send it back to me overnight mail. They agreed. Guess what, instead of sending it back, they cashed it. Not only did they sell my car, they took my money. You need to seriously consider if this is how you want to be treated.
