Four years ago my husband and I were shopping for a Honda Element. We live locally and decided to go to Planet Honda to shop for this vehicle. Because of flood damage to two of our vehicles caused by Hurricane Irene, we were forced to replace these vehicles as soon as possible. With the intent of just stopping by Planet Honda to "window shop", we had absolutely NO intention of purchasing a car from this dealership. We had the good fortune of being greeted by Alejandro Estremera, sales consultant. He helped us to find two perfect vehicles, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us a deal we are very pleased with. We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot and a 2012 Honda Civic today because of his diligent work. The experience was capped off by working with the most efficient and knowledgeable financial consultant I have ever met. His name is John D (he ran out of business cards). His expertise with the legal issues when buying a new car,and organizational skills with the mountain of paperwork made this process almost enjoyable! We traded up to a 2011 Honda Odyssey and had a very good experience. We got as good a price as you can for a car that Honda has no trouble selling. After looking at the Accord Coupe on the Honda website, the family decided to go to Planet Honda in Rt. 22 to see it in person. Unfortunately for us, we were told that there was no Accord Coupe currently i the family decided to go to Planet Honda in Rt. 22 to see it in person. Unfortunately for us, we were told that there was no Accord Coupe currently in stock. That did not stop our dealer, Alix Saintil, from showing us what else Honda has to offer. He recommended and showed us cars with features similar to the Accord Coupe. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and understanding to our needs. Alix and the sales manager, Mr. Gang, also tried their best to keep us satisfied by contacting other Honda dealers that have the Accord Coupe that we wanted very much. We were promised a black Accord EXL Coupe to be available the next day. When we came back the following morning, we were happy to see that the promise was kept. Alix showed us the car and it was love at first sight. Alix tried his best to get us the deal that we wanted and after a hard battle he has helped us succeed. He happily walked me to my car and impressed me again by showing me his knowledge about the car. He also showed me how to use the car by pointing out the similarities and major differences between the Accord Coupe and my previous car. I was very pleased and fortunate to have Alix Saintil as my dealer. I recommend him to everyone, especially nervous uncertain buyers out there!
