Listens My service advisor was Ray. He was very helpful. I was told when I made the appointment I should have the 70,000 mile package. when I spoke with Ray, My service advisor was Ray. He was very helpful. I was told when I made the appointment I should have the 70,000 mile package. when I spoke with Ray, I told him I just had quite a few things.done and didn’t think I needed a whole lot. He checked my records and told me he would have the multi point inspection done and let me know what was needed. He called me within an hour or so and told me brake fluid and spark plugs.? I am very happy. I am usually told you need this or that based on the mileage. Ray took very good care of me. I will ask for help m in a the future More

My Service Advisor is excellent!!! One of the reasons that I remain a customer of a Planet Honda is because of the caliber of their Service Advisors! (Since it’s Honda, I expect the Technicians to be good and I know the work is warrantied). Dwight Phillips is EXCELLENT! He gives me direct feedback on the state of my car, let’s me know what work needs to done right away vs what can wait. He accommodates my hectic schedule and ensures that I am happy with the service performed on my vehicle. As long as he is my Service Advisor, I will remain a loyal customer of Planet Honda!! More
