Had a ticking in the motor so on Day 1 dropped the car off. Day 2, Did not hear from the service writer so I called, only to be told he wasn’t there. No one else could tell me the status of my car, and so off. Day 2, Did not hear from the service writer so I called, only to be told he wasn’t there. No one else could tell me the status of my car, and sounded like he was put out to have to talk to me. Day 3, called again and had to leave a voice mail. He called back to tell me what was wrong with the car, so I told him to fix it. Day 4, I called once again, he told me it would be ready about 4:00pm. Told him I would be there after 5:00pm to pick it up. The one and only time he called me without me calling first was at 3:00pm to tell me it was ready. Very poor communication. always seemed like it was a problem to have to talk to me. Not much confidence in the service writers. More

Service Dept Mike over service dept is awesome!! Diagnosed my problem with my 2012 Dodge quickly an gave me options to fix!! Although I didnt get the repairs done Mike over service dept is awesome!! Diagnosed my problem with my 2012 Dodge quickly an gave me options to fix!! Although I didnt get the repairs done there, he was extremely helpful in getting me the numbers an info for my transfer case. Air bag recall 2015 Wrangler JK taken in for passenger air bag recall. Air bag light was on previous to being taken to dealership and I assumed this was due to the r 2015 Wrangler JK taken in for passenger air bag recall. Air bag light was on previous to being taken to dealership and I assumed this was due to the recall . Upon completion I went to pick up my vehicle and air bag light was still on. Asked Edwin why it was still on and all he told me was it was in only for the recall. They would have to diagnose it to determine why. So they knowingly let me leave in a vehicle that could have air bags that malfunction in a collision. They could have simply taken an additional 30 minutes and at least found the problem and then communicate the cost of the repair to me. I would have had the work done at their dealership. I will NEVER visit this dealership again. I will drive the additional 15 plus miles to go to Dallas Dodge. More
