I AM GIVING A RATING OF GOOD INSTEAD OF EXCELLENT BECAUSE YOUR VERY LARGE SIGN AS THE CAR ENTERS THE 2 CAR GARAGE WAITING FOR SERVICE STATES THAT ALL SERVICE CALLS WITH RECEIVE A FREE CAR WASH AND I DID NOT. JERRY MCDERMOTT, 2017 JAGUAR TYPE F SVR.
The work seems to be done well. I had to bring the car back because they didn't have a part the first time I was there, which is no big deal, except it wasn't communicated to me that day. I got an email a few days later saying my part had come in, and I was like, what part? So I called and found out I needed to bring it back. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind, make sure to communicate well.
Terry once again took great care of us when we had an incident with the 2016 XJ. Great place to do business! He kept us updated and worked with our insurance company to keep our expense down to just our deductible.
Service was very good and the dealership has a very nice waiting area. Oil change price even with $40 coupon was too pricey. Had I not been there for the Inspection I would never pay that much for an oil change. Terry Eatherton was exceptional to work with. I'd be more than happy to come here more often if the labor was more affordable.
Overall, a great job on the service. Very friendly and professional. I came in for an annual service, they let me know there was a recall on my airbag and they took care of it at the same time. The service took a little longer than they estimated but they gave me a loaner car to run some other errands. I drove over 3 1/2 hours for the service so it is great when it goes well and the people are friendly and do more than we planned. I also received a coupon for the service which was nice.
The only downside is your prices for comparable work seem considerably higher than the dealership in Kansas City which is an equal distance from my home. The service was great but I may go to KC in the future solely based upon costs. The coupon did make the price more competitive.
I wish they hadn't scheduled my appointment, if they were too busy at that time and a simple oil change was going to take 2 1/2 days. In fairness, the service advisor told me to expect that once I arrived, but I'd already driven 30 minutes to the dealership. I would have scheduled my oil change at a different time, if they had been upfront when I called to make the appointment.
