They had my service done quickly and my vehicle has never run better! The bill was even a little lower than suggested just a wonderful morning at Plaza LR! 5-Star Service! March 15, 2023: Michael, Eric, Luis, Connor and the rest of the folks at Plaza Land Rover have been wonderful. When the 2015 LR4 I recently bought had a couple of minor problems, they were fast to come to March 15my aid and offer to fix those problems. Some of the fixes are ongoing, but Connor and the people there have made it clear that they will get things done and quickly! A first-class buying experience, I got to meet Mr. Johnson, the GM at Plaza the other day and I let him know what a wonderful experience I had in purchasing my used Land Rover at Plaza Land Rover. Eric in finance did not pressure me at all with respect to an extended warranty and in fact he took me back to Service where I met with Jason and Jenna and asked them questions about used car warranties and what to expect, etc. In the end I can honestly say it was just about a perfect car buying experience and I am obliged to everyone there from Sales to Finance to Service!
