Jason King lies, is disrespectful, rude is mad if you don't spend 3000.00 or more every visit. I know he has something between him and the mechanics. If they recommend you fix something on your car even if it doesn't need to be. They make sure they leave a wire, bolt loose or whatever part needs to be repaired supposedly. Even if I only need a oil change after I leave that dealer ships service department something goes wrong with my vehicle. When I talk about getting second opinion Jason King pouts and says, let them fix it then those are not certified mechanics you don't know what those small corner garages are doing to your vehicle. So let me tell you I go in to have my oil change the service department offers frees car wash top off fluids. I say to Jason King will you please make sure all my fluids are topped off especially knowing I am out of washer fluid. Oh yes that's what we do. Every time they never do it. I called him out on it he makes excuses oh I will say something to the mechanic they know better. I thought if you are a excellent service rider who cares about his customers you would check them your self to make sure they were taking care of since I complained they forgot to the last visit. No he doesn't care just wants you to spend your hard earn money to give himself a fat check. At least he could keep his rude comments to himself and so respect to the paying customers. I wish and will tell everyone I know to never go to that dealer ship for service drive the extra miles to KC or IL or find a trust worthy corner garage that respects their customers and dose not put their customers lives at stake because of how they cause something to seriously go wrong with your vehicle as soon as they put their hands on thee gone etc. I will be contacting Landrover of America the news team and tell everyone I meet and know to never go to that dealer ship! Oh and yes Attorney Generals office of Missouri needs to know about this type of service they scam people on. Jason Ming should no longer have a job.
