I love the personalized attention that doesn't make me just another customer. From beginning to end I experienced a customer service the industry could learn from. Plaza doesn't set the bar for customer service, "Plaza is the Bar of Customer Service".
The service agent whose name was Mike was excellent. He followed up with me to explain all the details of the work done on my car and even when I called back with a question he was available to be instantly and answered my questions very professionally. The entire staff that I dealt with at the Toyota Mall on Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, New York was a pleasure to deal with.
I'm always satisfied and impressed with service at Plaza Toyota! The staff, especially Kelly Ann, has been nothing, but exceptionally wonderful! She kept me posted immediately on the status of my vehicle once completed, and answered every question that I had.
I got an appointment asap, the employees are pleasant. Jay who helped me is excellent. I was treated with respect and given information I need to know. He helped me through my warranty to fix what was the problem and definitely kudos to the mechanics and technicians who works behind the scenes.
The Technician messed-up the driver side mat, and he did not drive the car to ensure the alignment was correct, the car is doing the opposite, pulling to the right instead of to the left, the reason for which I brought it in for alignment!!!
