Mr. Bob Valladao could not have been more friendly, courteous, understanding and capable in solving the challenges of repairing our "bear damaged" 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 1600 miles on it. "Water Pump/Coolant Problems"

I brought my 2013 Grand Cherokee to Pollard to be serviced approx 1 month ago and had my water pump replaced after it failed causing coolant to leak all over my engine bay. Pollard covered the expense as it was still under the power-train warranty. This past Saturday 11/11 while driving to Boulder I noticed the smell of coolant again and the Jeep starting to overheat. I immediately drove the car to Pollard and although the service department was closed, Min the pre-owned manager was kind enough to give me a loaner as I had just had the same issue w/ the jeep one month earlier. They called me first thing Monday morning and are working on diagnosing all the issues. The staff has been great and they seem to care about the customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Denver/Boulder metro area looking to buy or service their vehicle.

"Needs some customer service work!"

Dropped my Grand Cherokee in for warranty work. Once in the service department it took a member of staff 8-10 minutes before I even got acknowledged....and I had to make the first move. Everytime you call the service department it seems to take an eternity before a member of staff answers. All this strikes me as this department is seriously understaffed. I think not offering a loaner car for a customer is cheap and tacky. Even when your $50k car is coming in for warranty work, something should be offered.....not an Enterprise vehicle on the customers dime! Outrageous! I witnessed a Pollard high level staff member argue with a customer about Chrysler not agreeing to pay for what the customer thought was a genuine warranty claim. This should have been done in an office, not in front of a bunch of other customers....simply poor management and customer service. After the warranty work was complete, the car was brought back to me dirty. No courtesy wash after being in the shop for 24 hours. Maybe its because I've dealt with Land Rover, Audi, and even Ford over the past few years that I've come to expect just a little bit of a higher class of customer service. I think Pollard has a lot homework to do on offering a better customer service experience. If it wasn't for warranty work, my Jeep wouldn't be going to Pollard at all. I would not buy, nor service any vehicle with them currently. I'm sorry that you have to leave unpleasant comments like this, but I think unless you do the dealership will continue thinking everything is ok. There is definitely room for improvement and with a couple of customer service modifications it would be a great place to visit.

"Unprofessional Service Department Andy"

Service.department is horrible!!! There were a bunch of things that happened, the gyst is they have extremely poor comminication skills and are pretty rude. I was having recall done and they reccomended i change my transmition fluid. I agreed to have the fluid changed and they returned my car 2 days late, and transmition fluid was leaking. Called them to resolve this and they were very apprehensive about apologizing. Go to Christian Brothers they do good work and they treat their customers appropriately.

"Dangerous Service Department"

Very poor service resulted in a near death experience for my daughter. The service department released the vehicle and the rotors and brakes failed. In addition the poor quality of work resulted in two blown tires and two damaged rims. While this is my one and only experience I would not risk a second visit. This dealership needs a major overhaul of management and quality control or they should lose their franchise.

"After decades of doing business, taking service elsewhere"

I have done business with Pollard for years, most recently for essentially all service on my '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee (200K+ miles!). I called today for some service, and was told their next available appointment was on the 13th. Unfortunately, they were referring to OCTOBER. I have always had great service in the past, but waiting a MONTH for service is just not acceptable.

"Terrible Service Department"

This place has one of the worst service departments that I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Overpromising and underdelivering is the order of the day there. I was promised my jeep back numerous times and each time they had "just one more thing" they needed to check. When I asked to speak to a manager I waited a full hour with three other people who were upset in their waiting area and still never managed to talk to one. Five days later I finally got my vehicle back. I did shoot off an email to the service manager so they could attempt to do something to make it right, but never heard back. So, here I am warning people away. Go to a different dealership, this one is awful.
