Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and I’ve owned 20+ cars in the last 20 years. Simply don’t give a xxxx about their customers and do the bare minimum to make a sale. Incredibly unresponsive, will not go out of their way to help you, and literally make it feel as if you’re burdening them by asking questions / needing help. Spent over $200k on a new Porsche and I couldn’t believe how unresponsive the entire team was (sales, GM, service, etc). Save yourself a lot of frustration and disappointment and buy a Porsche elsewhere if you can. More

Dropped off my car for a diagnosis to figure out what the problem is. Four days into leaving vehicle, I found out that they haven’t even touched it, or looked at it, the service advisor and the managers can problem is. Excellent Buying Experience. I bought a used 2017 Macan Turbo from John Del Tatto. It's immaculate except the whitewashed oak steering wheel doesn't match the rest of the whitew I bought a used 2017 Macan Turbo from John Del Tatto. It's immaculate except the whitewashed oak steering wheel doesn't match the rest of the whitewashed oak interior trim. John worked with Director of Pre-Owned Eric Blumen and a new steering wheel was ordered. When I picked up the Macan, John spent close to an hour going over everything with me and setting everything to my liking. I love the Macan, couldn't be happier. More

I am having the worse experience getting my car fixed here. I gave my car about one month ago and no body knows so far what is status of my car. I have been calling every day and front desk kept telling me about a different car I returned two years ago and I no longer owe. I was transferred to supervisor many times, I left massage with no return phone call from him. On two or three occasion I was able to locate the person dealing with my car and he told me he would call beck in two minutes but he never did. I am never going to go back to them and advise you not to do so too. More
