I wa surprised to receive a refund in the mail from the Annapolis dealership. I didn’t know I had overpaid the tax/tags when I bought my car.

If you are in the market to buy or service a new Porsche, this is the place. My order/buying experience with a new 911 was -- except for the 4 month delivery wait -- as smooth, polite, friendly and professional as it gets. No acrimonious haggling, no "I'll have to ask my manager," no urging to buy unwanted options, etc. Just: "this is the price, here's the discount we can offer." Period. My trade-in, a Corvette C7, was taken without hesitation or low-balling. My salesman was Graeme Reeves and my paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Mr. Steve StClair.
Recently I had the initial service performed. It is expensive but hey, you know that going in.
Overall, highest recommendation. And, it's true: Porsche, there is no substitute.

I saw an ad and responded online late one night. The next morning, Bing Chen called me. We spoke on the phone and I told him what I was looking for. Although I rescheduled our original meeting once, Bing was never pushy, which I appreciated. I met up with him a few days later at the dealership.
