Over the years, we have purchased an Acura MDX, four Porsche 911's, two Porsche Cayennes, and one Porsche Macan, from Joe Rizza Porsche in Orland Park, IL. It is amazing that after being such a loyal Porsche 911's, two Porsche Cayennes, and one Porsche Macan, from Joe Rizza Porsche in Orland Park, IL. It is amazing that after being such a loyal customer all of these years, when taking our Porsche Macan in for service recently we were instructed to by the Service Dept. that we must bring back the loaner that was being provided to us, with a full tank of gas. We didn't realize that we were dealing with "Enterprise or Hertz" rent a car and we found this type of requirement from a dealer we have given so much business and money to, unacceptable and disrespectful behavior. I guess we should stick to buying Fords or Lincolns, where the customers are treated with much more consideration and respect and are not charged for "loaner" gas tank refills. I also guess this dealership needed the $4.00 worth of gas it cost us to refill the gas we used to go home and back, all of a few miles away. And by the way, a loaner has been rarely available to us when needing service at this dealership, causing this customer the need to provide our own transportation (and gas money) to and from. More
