At the first visit in the evening, Taylor Ferguson, a partner of my main sales person (Christian Vidal), greeted me and he was very patient and kind to give me enough test drive and answer all my questions. I'd really appreciate his help even though it was right before closing. Once I decided to which certified pre-owned cayenne, I started to negotiate with Christian Vidal on the price. We reached a compromise price to make both side happy. However, he didn't stop helping me there. When he saw my auto finance APR from other bank, he suggested me to find out better deal from this dealership and actually it was much better than what I got. I ended up with paying almost the same monthly payment with additional protection for the car. Adam Avalos in finance team and Michael Rey in Sales team also helped me a lot on this. I can't imagine how much better experience I can get from dealership. I had suffered for 8 months from lies that one of BMW dealerships told me when I bought 330i previously. But Porsche at Riverside has provide me with completely new experience so far. More

Such is the history bad dealers (and customers) have put us in. For me, I just expect them to do their job and do it well especially at a high end brand such as Porsche. Bob McDonald and Porsche Riverside did just that. They did what should be expected of any good dealer and they did it well. The location was modern & clean and I was greeted immediately as I arrived. Never pressured and had all of my questions answered honestly. Where they excelled was in getting me a a hard to find allocation, negotiating a fair lease with no tricks involved and being patient me on the final delivery date as my busy schedule delayed us a month while the car sat at their location. It took them about a week to pull some favors and get the allocation when no other dealer in SoCa could at the time. Then when negotiating the lease, they gave me a fair discount for the model & current market conditions and provided the base money factor & residual with no hidden fees. Lastly, my schedule delayed my pickup of the car and they never pressured once about the delay. I will be heading there again for my next Porsche which could be in as little as a year when my BMW SAV’s lease is up. A simple and enjoyable transaction. Just as it should be. More

Mike Barcelona is tops in the service department Mike Barcelona did a fantastic job taking care of my recent repairs. He located a problem I didn't know I had. My Porsche engine has dual ignition. It had been firing on one bank of six plugs but not the other bank. I didn't even realize this. Since the repair my engine performance has definitely improved. I have also noticed as a result that the auto transmission shifts gears much more smoothly, which I find to be an added benefit. I can only say that I am totally pleased and thankful.
