I ordered a Porsche Taycan 4S and Demetri Vardoulakis helped me every step of the way and kept me constantly informed and always thoroughly answered my questions. Craig Silverstein was my financial point-of-contact and he made the paperwork and final deal closure easy. He helped me keep my negotiated financing rate with my bank even though the rates had recently increased. Craig also helped get me into a Macan S as a courtesy car as we agreed to send the Taycan for paint-protection film application. Both Craig and Demetri were very warm and welcoming, and represented the dealership well. Demetri was honest and forthcoming throughout the entire ordering process, including communicating any delays and helping to set my expectation. More

Used Porsche's Roadside assistance for the first time for a coolant leak and they tow it to the dealer. Everything was taken care of and ready when I got back in town.
