We met with Heather Neville and our total experience with her was beyond our expectations! Heather is not only extremely knowledgeable with a pleasant personality to match, but it was her patience with us during the entire buying process that made her exceptional! Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful experience, as they are a very costly investment, and you want to leave the dealership with no reservations about your purchase. The worst scenario is feeling like you have been "pushed" into buying or get a generally uncomfortable feeling about the salesperson. We never felt the least bit of either of the above with Heather! My husband has also been using Portland Volvo for his regularly scheduled service and is also very impressed with their Service Dept as well! October 2023. Annual service and check up. Was told that my S60 at 35k miles needed over 3000$ to pass inspection. Go home to my local garage and spent 27$. Yes 27 Annual service and check up. Was told that my S60 at 35k miles needed over 3000$ to pass inspection. Go home to my local garage and spent 27$. Yes 27 dollars! The techs @ Portland Volvo are rewarded for drumming up fictional repairs. Never again for sales or service. Beware! Don't walk away. Run away now! More

Have used this dealership for our previous Volvo’s service, but this was our first time purchasing new from them. Heather Neville was amazing to work with and truly felt like she was working for us to get the best deal. Worked very hard to get us a specific XC-40 we were looking for, and eventually came through. Knew everything about the car in and out and had all the answers to our questions. The day we picked up the car she had everything lined up for us and her and the team at Portland Volvo made it quick and easy. Great experience and will buy all our future Volvo’s from here. I went in and purchased a new Volvo XC90 in less than 3 hours, paid cash and drove it home that day. I'd say I was an easy customer! Shortly after I experienced computer issues. I took it for service at hours, paid cash and drove it home that day. I'd say I was an easy customer! Shortly after I experienced computer issues. I took it for service at a local Volvo dealer. (Great service!). The problem returned with additional computer issues. ( Actually going back for the 4th time next week) I decided to call Portland Volvo, I called the service department 2 days in a row, no answer! I decided to call the salesman, I just wanted to know if this was a common problem with this particular model. I left 2 messages for the salesman, no response. I called the Sales Manager, had a great conversation with him. He actually told me to bring the car for service at Lovering Volvo because they have great reputation and are closer to me. He assured me he would check with his service staff and get back to me. That didn't happen! I called and left him voice mail and still no return call. Customer service at its worse! I am sorry there is not an option to give zero stars, but I had to choose 1 star. More
