just ok I felt like I had to be on top of them to do their jobs. They should have been calling me and keeping me informed on the process. I had to call about the pay off on my trade in loan a lot until finally it was taken care of after 10-12 days. I had to chase them about the registration too which took 20 days. I feel like because the car was used, they didn't inform me very well about the buying process from start to finish. I had no idea I had to go back for a VIN check til a week later when i called and they said oh, by the way you need to come down for a VIN check. The vehicle had to be serviced immediately for the key ignition mechanism, the key wasn't releasing from the ignition. I was without my new vehicle 5 days into owning it. It was also making a noise, they had to fix that. Luckily ,all covered under warranty. Overall, I love the Ford Explorer, but I wasn't impressed with the sales staff or finance department of the Pre-Owned Factory in East Providence, RI. More
