He makes the car buying experience fun, he explains everything in detail, and no question catches him off guard. He worked with my budget and doesn't pressure you to spend spend spend. This is why I will send my friends his way and will definitely return when my lease is up. Now Frank is also a great team played, walked me through all the paperwork and though he didn't put any pressure on me to get the package I still coughed up the extra $30 a month for the top wear and tear package it really does save you money in the end, especially the tire replacement and key fob replacement considering I lose my keys a lot and drive through potholes often!
