This is the worse of the worse dealerships! My Kia Optima was recalled due to engine failure and after 1 1/2 months, they finally started on the repair after I called the service manager.. They finally repa was recalled due to engine failure and after 1 1/2 months, they finally started on the repair after I called the service manager.. They finally repaired it but when they called to pick it up they said it needed a battery which I agreed to, but asked Logan to have a Technician drive it to make sure everything worked, as we were driving from Nacogdoches. Logan called later and said everything worker perfect the Tech said. When we went to pick it up the check engine light was on, the ABS light was on and the radio Navifation screen was not working. I asked Logan why he said the Tech said everything was working but he avoided the subject and never gave me an answer, except he said he was talking about the engine???? Right, Logan. I asked about the ABS and Radio screen as everything was working perfectly 1 1/2 months before, he basically said too bad the ABS sensor is $389 and the Radio is $ 6000. I agreed to the ABS but told him the screen was working and I wanted it repaired! Finally, the Manager said they would look at it when we brought it back (as they had to order the ABS) and he said 2 days. Two weeks went by never heard back, so I called and he said should be any day A few days later we took it back (long Drive again) they worked on the car to add ABS, after an hour they informed my son they ordered the wrong part and we would have to come back AGAIN! (3rd Time) I was so upset,yhen he said they were not going to repair the Radio screen/ Navigation either! I have not heard back from Logan or Premier since then so I contacted Kia and they called and Premier told them the same thing "Too Bad so Sad." I am stuck with a damaged car that Premier Kia caused in my opinion, as it was perfect until they worked on it. I will never go to Premier Kia again and will recommend you don't either! More
