Samantha was pleasant and easy to work, originally I was to work with Kristin but it was changed to Samantha. My recommendation would be #1 allow customers to speak with the mechanic who is actually doing t to work with Kristin but it was changed to Samantha. My recommendation would be #1 allow customers to speak with the mechanic who is actually doing the work on your vehicle if you have questions and secondly be more explanatory as to where the customers vehicle is located once service is complete, it was very confusing to a first time customer. Last but not least it’s a huge turnoff to receive a phone while getting your car serviced to purchase another vehicle.
