Very bad customer service. I went to pick up my Cadillac Escalade yesterday from step one. I asked an employee at the service counter, a question about my vehicle and he was very rude. I took my keys and walked away. I went to use the restroom before I left the dealership. As I was leaving the rude male employee, was standing near the front door talking with a female/manger/asst. manger/employee, who works in the service department. As I was leaving out the building, the male employee called me out of my name, while the female was standing there next to him. The female employee didn’t apologize to me, nor did she say anything to him that I heard of his rude behavior. I turned and walked away.
