My parents bought a car from prestige first team this past summer a 2010 with less then 10,000 miles on it for around $35,000. They said the experience was fine until they were told the vehicle only came with one key, when my father asked for the second key he was told by the manager that they didn't make any money on that car and he couldn't pay for it because he made no money??? My parents were so upset this man was rude and talked down to them and didn't seem to care they were elderly, my mother was in tears when they got home. As a Christmas gift the kids purchased them a second key that cost us on $125, seems like whole lot of money for a big dealership to not be able to afford. I've been sure to tell all my friends about the experience they received from this arrogant manager typical used car sales manager. More
