Poor customer service I went on the service site and detailed my sun roof leak problem and the service manager promised to contact me. Nada. I called the service departme I went on the service site and detailed my sun roof leak problem and the service manager promised to contact me. Nada. I called the service department and someone else answered and first said they couln'd look at the leak problem until one week later, then called back to tell me that it would be a week and a half later as it is the only day they look at this type problem??? Really, seriously it is raining and I'm getting water inside the car. A video informs me that it is a simple process to clean the gutter/roof drains and they can't help an 81 year old woman with this problem? As with other reviews, it seems that there slogan F.R.A.N.K isn't being used. WHY???? More

Just needed to have someone check codes. On the way to work, the service engine light came on and truck was shaking bad. Stopped in to see if I could get an apointment. 7:00 am.The service gu On the way to work, the service engine light came on and truck was shaking bad. Stopped in to see if I could get an apointment. 7:00 am.The service guy said they were two to three weeks out and probably couldn't look at the truck for three days. Asked if he could just have someone check the codes, was told no that he couldn't put us in front of everyone else. How long does it take to plug the machine in and give us the code, 2 minutes. We just moved here from Illinois and they just lost our business. Will not return. More

Great job! This was my second recall on my 2012 Ford Focus for an engine problem. A problem was detected in October 2017 in NY but there were delays in "getting This was my second recall on my 2012 Ford Focus for an engine problem. A problem was detected in October 2017 in NY but there were delays in "getting a part", I was told by the Ford dealership. This went on for about 6 weeks and I had to leave for Florida before the part was in. Since the car was not giving any problems, I went to Florida. In late April 2018, I noticed some distinct problems and brought the car to Prestige Ford. It was necessary for me to borrow a car from my son, because Jacob Fry could not give me an exact date for the repair. I left my car there for a week, and the recall work was completed. Except for the bother of borrowing a car for a week, I was completely satisfied with the immediate detection of the problem, the courtesy of Jacob and his handling of my problem, and the results of the recall work. I will definitely use and recommend the services of Prestige Ford in the future. More

This was the end of February , my favorite service advisor Abbey Bennett wasn't available ,do when I had a break in my schedule I made an appointment to have the brakes re checked .She made me an appointment and found I needed one rear caliper. Since I moved to Lake County a year ago ,she has helped me service my car. After she checked and found I was still under warranty we proceeded to repair the car.I was in the car repair field for 20 plus years in south Florida , I can honestly say Abbey is a professional service writer, detailed,explains the job and the complete price.She is an asset to Prestige Ford.
