GREAT service! I was impressed! I needed to have a flat tire repaired but did not have the time to wait at the dealership due to work obligations. I made an appointment to drop off t I needed to have a flat tire repaired but did not have the time to wait at the dealership due to work obligations. I made an appointment to drop off the tire in the morning and figured I could come back in the evening to have the repaired tire put on. When I arrived, everyone who interacted with me was very attentive and helpful. Jorge suggested that I take a loaner car instead of leaving and having to come back later to have the repaired tire put back on. The loaner car was arranged quickly and I was in and out of the service center in 15 minutes! A few hours later, I got a call letting me know the tire was ready. When I returned, I went to the reception desk and to my surprise, the receptionist knew who I was and had my paperwork ready. I paid the bill and my car was brought to me within a few minutes. Again, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes! This is the way auto repair service should be done. No one wants to sit around waiting for their car to be fixed. Nice job to all at Prestige Lexus in Ramsey! More
