"Positive 90,000 mile service experience"

My service advisor and service technician explained the repair that was required in addition to the 90,000 mile service I had scheduled. They physically took me to the service area to show me what needed to be done and explained how long it would take along with a general cost estimate. I was kept informed and "in the loop" until all work on my vehicle was complete.

"Service appointment "

My service appointment was not scheduled. My car showed unexpected lights on the dashboard which concern me. I immediately called Prestige Lexus and without hesitation, the person that answered my call took my concerns very serious and told me to come in immediately, which I did. I was able to get a loner to do my errands while my car was been serviced and it was ready with everything correct within a few hours. The workers are so pleasant friendly and professional all the time. Mr Simpson always makes me feel like family. Thanks to you all
