Every one at this Service Center is pleasant, friendly and professional! Michael was responsive and kept me informed of the status of my repair. While it took longer than originally expected, I'm glad I held out for Lexus.

"Above and Beyond"

I gashed my tire & needed a new one. I called at 2:30p on Saturday and when Carol asked if I could come during the week, I hesitated, because it meant taking time off from work. She said "Hold on." and quickly came back on the line to tell me that if I could get there quickly, they could replace the tire immediately. She also mentioned I had a recall notification, and assured me they would take care of that also. I was back home by 5pm!
