Great Customer Service & Loyalty Donte Piotti was the sales person who we talked with months ago. He conducted a test drive with us of a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT SUV, we did Donte Piotti was the sales person who we talked with months ago. He conducted a test drive with us of a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT SUV, we didn't want to make a decision at that time, and told him we will discuss it and will be back. During Winter Storm "Jonas" we lost our 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS in the 8.5+ feet floods. Since our insurance carrier only allowed 5 days of a rental vehicle we needed to act quickly. I was in the hospital recovering from Bariatric Surgery, while my husband Lues got the ball rolling with Donte. Donte worked quickly to find us the best deal he could. The second day my husband Lues and I went to the dealership. We met with Donte, the manager, and the finance manager. Donte remained informative and loyal to both of us guaranteeing us we will be leaving with the vehicle I had chosen. During our visit he offered Water, Coffee, or Soda. He was more than happy to assist with our needs. Since I was telling him about my surgery and it was the first day released from the hospital, he made sure I was extremely comfortable, and supplied me with enough water to keep me hydrated. About 4 hours of sitting with him back and forth with the manager and finance manager, signing the sales paperwork, and then the excitement of being handed over the keys, was a great proof of loyalty to us the customer. We went outside he took our picture in front of our new SUV, and he went over the entire vehicle, manuals, and check list. Donte is a rising star with the Prestige Family. More and more dealerships should have sales people like Donte. On behalf of my husband Lues, I personally would like to extend a huge thank you to Donte for his hard work and effort in pulling whatever strings.
