Krystal was exceptional!!! I believe I may have had one of the last appointments for the day and I was waiting to see a service advisor for about 10-15 minutes. When a staff member asked if anyone was avai of the last appointments for the day and I was waiting to see a service advisor for about 10-15 minutes. Our initial visit to the dealership went so well that we left a deposit on a car. After that our salesman ghosted us despite sending him calls, emails and texts to find out when the car would be ready. Ev left a deposit on a car. From the moment I entered the service entrance from the valet, to reception to thw service adviser everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
