I researched this vehicle for over a year, drove by RT113 in mid-February 22' and saw that Preston Motor had 10 ProMasterCity Wagons on their lot. The rest is HISTORY!!! Why? Stopped in to look at a Chrysler 200 had listed on sale at 11500 Salesman too k me inside ad we talked told him wanted to do around 10 cash. I was getting ready to leave with cash in hand and he called and I said lets go over the deal one more time .He said well 11500 ad tax and tags .Well I told him no that is not what we agreed on. He said was his mistake couldn't do the deal we agreed on. My question is why did he supposedly go to manager come back and agree to 10 then do the oh my bad rookie mistake .What did he talk to manager about ? I have purchased may new and used cars never had this crap pulled So if you buy there get it all in writing. More

Deceptive and Dishonest Our experience was good, SO I THOUGHT. Recently traded 2 vehicles in for a new truck. We signed a deal for them to pay off both vehicles and financ Our experience was good, SO I THOUGHT. Recently traded 2 vehicles in for a new truck. We signed a deal for them to pay off both vehicles and financed the new truck. 24 days later we received a call from the dealership that they were $6000 short on their figure for the payoff amount for one vehicle. In other words they screwed up on their numbers and wanted us to come back in and pay the difference. It has been 5 more days and we found out they are $6000 short on the payoff leaving us with the bill and no vehicle. I will do every possible means to report this and go as far as I have to. More

Liars and cheats First..they had me and my 80 yo mom there for 6 hrs. She was exhausted to the point that I just started to agree with anything. Second..with a credit score above 750 I was told the BANK said I needed gap insurance or no loan. I learned a bank can not do that. This dump lied so they could get more money. LIED. Needless to say I got a quick refund when they were confronted. I had issues with my van from day 2. Oh..they would say bring it in..we will fix it. But I would have the same issues right after picking it up. It is the whole electrical system. I had to rewire and pull fuses. All this b/c I needed a bigger car for my mom...for her walker and eventually a wheelchair. DON'T GO THERE. RUN. BUYER BEWARE More
