Terrible. Just terrible. They called me to say my car was ready for pick-up. It took over ONE HOUR to pay and get my car. There were plenty of employees workin Just terrible. How confident you be in the service work when the employees seemed so disinterested in their jobs. More

Do not be fooled by the phone staff. I set up an appointment to have my car appraised and trade in on another car. I informed the representative that it was over an hour drive for me. When I arrived at the dealership they refused to show me any of the cars they had in inventory. One car was in the shop and the representative would not give me an estimate when it would be completed. Another car that I was interested in she said was with another client, after an hour I asked if the client was going to purchase the car, she said "oh they are coming in later." Then she said they had an appointment, so did I??? Also, they would not give me a trade in value on a new car because they did not know when the new cars would be available. They did offer to buy my car, but would not give me options for a new vehicle when I clearly stated I would be seeking to replace my vehicle. The representative stated several times that it was not her fault because she did not set up the appointment, the dealership obviously does not stand behind the gimmick to get you into the dealership. A great service department. Worked fervently to fix my SUV and get it back quickly. Found the issue after working with me to describe what was happening with the vehicle. The service advisor and Technician found the issues and drove to get a part on Saturday so we could get the vehicle back before close on Saturday. We only have one car and would be without one four days otherwise. The SUV runs great and so pleased with Price Service. More

I turned 18 about 5 months ago and I knew I was wanting a new car. Being as I was only 18 I was gonna need my parents to co-sign and help with the process.
