Hello Shawn, we always appreciate feedback so we can improve the level of service we provide our customers but you missed something in your feedback. You didn’t mention that when you came in for your inspection sticker the other day you rudely accused your service advisor Cassandra of losing your vehicle registration from the last time you were in. After we explained that we only handle the customer's registration for inspection stickers, and not for regular services, you stormed out of the dealership. A few hours later you returned, with your registration, that you found at home or elsewhere and asked her to give you an inspection sticker. Without hesitation, Cassandra had the technicians do an inspection on your vehicle and provide you with the sticker. At no time did you thank her or even apologize to her for what happened earlier. I find her action nothing less than caring about all of her customers and doing what is right for them and I apologize that you don’t see it that way.
