Bought a used truck and had to bring it in for service within 2 weeks. Bought an extended service plan and was told I’d get a loaner vehicle. Was denied the day of service and lost a day of work so they c within 2 weeks. Bought an extended service plan and was told I’d get a loaner vehicle.
