For more then 5 straight mornings, since 8/5/23, I have been calling/voice messaging the Princeton Audi Service office. Nice Ladies, but I need action in addition to polite answering service. But at this point, Mgmt needs to step in. I had a comprehensive diagnostic done April 2023. I need a copy of the diagnostic report for insurance and shipping over-seas. I need this report. Wife and I were on our way from Long Island to friends in Delaware when we hit a pot hole with my RS7. Left front tire sprung a sidewall leak and we managed to limp into Princeton Audi Service.
