Louanne was the nicest and most accommodating sales person I have ever worked with. She wasn't pushy, which was very important to me, and she made sure that everything I was saying that I wanted in a c person I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to get me the make, model, and extras that I really wanted, even going so far as to drive to another dealership - making a dealer trade of one car for the one that I wanted - and driving it back to Princeton for me to be able to look it over and approve of the car that I requested. One of the easiest negotiations for new vehicle and fair price for my trade-in. Wasn't looking to buy new car in another State (NJ), living in PA, this seemed like a stretch, but it was worth the drive. E price for my trade-in. I really like Sue Yim, she was very professional but friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the finance magr. I don't know if this is done at all dealerships but I'd recommend you stop, at least don't make someone sign that they've been offered the material.
