We did not appreciate how Samuel Asad( I hope I got his name right) treats customers and the customer’s loan lender!. I believe he is a manager in the funds/ finance department. He was absolutely unprofes name right) treats customers and the customer’s loan lender!. I believe he is a manager in the funds/ finance department. He was absolutely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful!! He should not be in any customer service department. He arrogantly stated that our loan lander makes things difficult for him and that he does not need them to send the customer back to him with the loan check to finalize the sale. We have had a very toxic and difficult experience when we were trying finalize the purchase with the sales department. More
