We came in looking for a Honda Pilot and we had talked to Joe on the web to set up a appointment. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised that there was no high pressure sells techniques and that we got Joe on the web to set up a appointment. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised that there was no high pressure sells techniques and that we got a fair trade in value on our vehicle. Joe listened to what we wanted and our payment requirements and helped us get what we felt was a fair deal. Joe found a vehicle that my wife and I both liked and we went off for a test drive during which Joe answered our questions and explained a lot about the pilot. We had a very pleasent experience and thanks to Joe, Priority Honda made a deal with us and we purchased the Pilot. My wife loves the car! We both liked the idea of the Priority for life and are looking forward towards the first maintenance visit. If it is as pleasent as the sells experience we will be with Priority for a long time to come. Thanks again Joe. More

I am leasing a 2013 CRV and I have the Butler paint service. I have taken my car in for this service twice. The first time after having it done there were swirl marks all over the paint in which it t service. I have taken my car in for this service twice. The first time after having it done there were swirl marks all over the paint in which it took a good wash and waxing for those to now show up anymore. This last time, I was asked if I wanted a pre-wash of $29.99 to get rid of bugs and tar before the treatment. I was never told that there would be an extra charge for doing this, but I was okay with that. I asked what it entailed and the service department said that it did include getting the bugs and tar off as well as vacuuming the inside of the car and whipping it down inside. There were marks on most of the plastic that are over the tire welds, looks like scuffs from a buffer, the paint looked good this time without the swirl marks from what I have been able to tell, but the car was not vacuumed. It still had some debris in the back floorboard from me having a passenger and also in the very back of the car. I am not sure that I will pay the extra next go around if they aren't going to do what I am supposedly paying for. My experience here as far as purchasing or leasing this Vehicle and the 2012 Honda Civic last year was a great experience, but I am truly not happy with the service I have received regarding this Butler paint service. Someone should really be double checking the quality of work that is being done by those employee's performing this work. More
I received a call from Mr. Royce Hall making me an offer I believed he could not make happen. He was very kind and walked me through the lot in the freezing weather to select a vehicle I could afford. I fel I believed he could not make happen. I fell in love with the Fit Sport but it was out of my price range, he tried all different options to get me in the car I wanted but I decided to go with the Honda Fit Base to keep my payments low. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He got me cocoa and showed my the quiet room with the massage chairs (my favorite part of the deal)!!! I took an extra 15 minutes in there. : ) I didn't feel rushed or compelled to make a quick decision. I was then introduced to Levi Whitehead, the financial manager who was also extremely pleasant and willing to listen to what I wanted and what I would agree with in order to get me into a newer vehicle. Bottom line, they did every thing right and worked quite well as a team!! : ) Priority Honda has two superb employees on their team. GO HONDA. When my niece is ready for her car I will be taking her to Priority Honda. Excellent Service. More
