Best salesman in the world!! We purchased our Charles Barker RX-350 Lexus in the summer of 2014 (over 1 1/2 years ago) from John Keck, a very pleasant and professional salesman. We love the car and can't imagine life without an RX (it's our third!). Yesterday, we experienced a very unusual situation -- we managed to lock our keys in the car. That's not supposed to happen and we don't know why it did, but that's another story. When this happened, we were about 15 minutes from the dealership, and about 45 minutes from our house where the second key was. Not knowing what to do, I called John to ask if there was some magical way to open the car; there wasn't. But then the magic started. John left the dealership, drove to where we were, drove us home to retrieve the key, and then drove my husband back to the car. This is the kind of service that keeps customers loyal. The next car we buy will be a Charles Barker Lexus; the next salesman we buy a car from will be John Keck. More
