My experience with Priority Nissan Of Chantilly has been overall wonderful. Mr. Robin SIM assisted my husband and I at a time when we really needed help with our vehicle, he was quick to help us find out what the issue was and had the problem fixed in a timely manner. The cost was a reasonable affordable price that was well within our budget. We appreciate his honesty but most of all we appreciate his professional demeanor. "New Service Department Employee Amazing! "

I purchased my vehicle in 2015 and I have had good service experiences up until now, however Robin their new employee has gone above and beyond all others to assist me! He's been the only employee in 3 years to approach me the second I arrive at the service bay! He carefully listens to concerns and explains things to customers very clearly. I requested price quotes after a service and the information was very helpful in planning future repairs, which I plan to do at this dealership now thanks to him. Robin gives clients more of his time than ANY dealership I have ever been to. When repairs are being done he takes the time to check in with you on the wait or any changes. Priority Nissan did a great job in hiring him and I hope he is there for many years to come!

Robin in the service department is great. Great interaction over the phone, listened to my concern, and got me in for an appointment right away. I'm a new customer and will come back based on him. He actually walked me over to the car to show me what they were going to do. Promote this guy! It's such nice ce experience when service folks make the experience easy. Robin is that guy.

"Slow leak in one tire."

We dropped off our 2017 Murano (our 3rd one) for a very slow leak in one tire. The tech troubleshot it and couldn't find it. He tried to convince my wife it was temperature related. When she asked why it only happens to one tire he went silent. I contacted service, while they still had the car, and explained it was the fourth time I had to add 8 PSI after about a week. They still returned the car with no trouble found. And to top it off they couldn't even fill the orginial equipment tire with nitrogen because they don't carry it. They can't even support the products they sell! We're done. Lp & CM

"Worst service despite charging exorbitantly"

Recently i gave my Nissan Rogue for 15 K miles service and they changed the good working wiper blades to a stupid one which broke not once but twice. i have to take trips to dealership for 4 times to change the wiper blades.

"Incompetent and Indifferent "

I made an appointment to get an oil change and a recall fix. When I showed up for the appointment, the employees stood around and continued their small talk. Finally, a woman approached me and asked if I had been helped. I said no, and she promptly took me to a service coordinator (name tag was covered by jacket). The service coordinator told me that he didn't have the parts in stock for the recall and couldn't do the repair that day. That was it; no offer to fix it in the future and no apology for driving all that way for nothing (I live an hour away). I have never been so angry nor seen such indifference. I will never take my car there again.
