I rated you a 1-star only for this transaction. I've been a customer of Priority Toyota since it was called Kay Jennings on Backlick Rd. I already bought 3 RAV4s, a Corolla SE, an iM and lately a 2 I've been a customer of Priority Toyota since it was called Kay Jennings on Backlick Rd. I already bought 3 RAV4s, a Corolla SE, an iM and lately a 2019 CHR from this dealership and I've been happy with the service until I met this Sam Robles. Your Business Manager Sam Robles is a jerk. He was selling me $8000 worth of warranties on a used car worth $12,830 — that’s 62% of the value of the used car. He rushes you to put your signature on the paperwork. He is an uneducated unprofessional employee. He has a bad persona. He called us a ‘double standard’ because I have warranty on my car and my son does not have it. His job is to process the paperwork and not make cynical remarks. He needs to be disciplined or fired coz he could be doing the same thing to other Toyota customers. Priority Toyota Springfield is going to lose customers because of him. More

Took my sienna in for a simple recall on August 30. While under their care, one of their employees stole six Home Depot merchandise cards from the car interior. Their service manager, Justin, said he would investigate and get back with me that evening to resolve the issue. No return call from him or any response from the three voicemail and three email i've left for Justin and for Tony Woods, the general manager. Apparently their plan is to ignore problems and hope they go away. I wouldn't take my car there again under any circumstances. Very unprofessional and apparently not too honest either. I've filed a written complaint with Toyota headquarters in Plano, Texas. More

I made a $2500 deposit on a vehicle. I ended up not taking the vehicle since we found a car at another dealership better suited for us. I spoke to the manager Zamir and he transferred me to a dead dial tone. I called back and someone else hung up on me. I contacted the original sales person and they left the store. This dealer sucks xxxxx. Bought a car had issues after 2 months. Took it in for service. They had to send it to another dealer to work on it. I had to do all this on my own not that xxxxxxxx xxx dealer. FYI general manager there doesn’t return phone calls left 4 for him. Still no response worst customer service there. More

I am very disappointed with priority Toyota. I paid 51k for a new car and I am not getting the right fuel mileage. I have taken the car to service, and they don’t seem to know what the problem i I paid 51k for a new car and I am not getting the right fuel mileage. I have taken the car to service, and they don’t seem to know what the problem is and kept on telling me back in March that we are currently using winterized gas that’s why I am getting low fuel mileage. At the time of sale, they help you because they want your money, but when it comes to issue with the car no one wants to help. This was my second car from Priority Toyota Springfield and my last one. I will never shop at priority again and will not recommend anyone to this location. I know after reading this review, I am going to get calls or reply back to this review with an apology, but I don’t need an apology I need my 2022 Venza fixed or take the car back and give me my money back. More
