My phone records are now part of the complaints I filed and they show one, only one, phone message from proctor, left by Swindell.. They also show that he called from Proctors three times on both the 14th and 15th and from his cell phone once each day but only left the one message. Nothing since. May I remind you that I sent an email voicing all my concerns to your service manager early on march 5. I told mr tatum that if he did not reapond before close of business I would file a complaint with the attorney general's office. He didn't. I did. I never heard from him at all. Do not embarrass yourself by making allegations so easily proven false. No one has tried to reach me and no one has left several messages on MY phone.

Further, for you to come on a public forum and suggest that I have not received service because I am unavailable and that Proctor's has been trying to help me is just plain nasty. Those egregious untruths are further proof that Proctor can't be trusted. Because you have made these false allegations in a public place (libel?), I think it is important for the agencies investigating your fraud to know that you can't be trusted. Therefore, I am sending a screen capture of your posting and to prove what you said is untrue I am sending them updated complete copies of my phone records to include all phone data from March 4 through today. They will prove that what you posted is untrue.
