Good car buying experience! Had to drive 2 hours from my home to Progressive because they had the used car I was interested in. I pulled into the dealership and Amber Williams n Had to drive 2 hours from my home to Progressive because they had the used car I was interested in. I pulled into the dealership and Amber Williams noticed that I was having difficulty finding a place to park, so she walked up to my car and directed me to a parking location. She greeted me as I got out and asked if I was considering trading my car, I said yes, and she immediately started filling out the paperwork for the appraiser while directing me to the air conditioned lobby on a very hot day. Amber came back inside and we talked about the car I was interested in. I took a test drive with her and we both went over the car thoroughly. We sat down at her desk to talk about the deal. Amber was very pleasant and easy to talk with. Progressive had their car priced fairly, but their offer on my trade was very low and unacceptable to me. Amber went back to sales mgmt. and came back with a higher trade, but still too low. She asked for my figure and I gave it to her. She went back to mgmt. and returned in about 15 minutes with the trade value I was looking for and the deal was done. No real hassle and no sales manager coming back to the desk to "double team" the customer. I am not ever offended by initial low trade offers or somewhat high asking prices. Every dealer wants the most money they can get and every customer wants to pay the least they can. That is a natural part of the car buying process. I urge every car buyer to research and know the realistic value of their trade and the car they are buying. The most important part of this dealer experience was that there was no pressure and Amber always was pleasant and treated me with respect. I, in turn treated her with the respect she deserved. And I also enjoyed meeting and talking with Jake in finance. He was very pleasant and took care of business as quickly and efficiently as possible. I, however, am always amazed at how many papers needed signing or initialing. I swear that I signed more documents than when I bought my house! Another necessary part of buying a car, I guess. After the deal was done, they also agreed to swap the brand new battery out of my trade to my new purchase and also removed the hitch from my trade and put it in the back of my new (to me) car. Customer service that went above and beyond and much appreciated!! More

He took us on an amazing test drive, using a lengthy driving "course" he had come up with over the years of his experience in the area. The car I drove performed flawlessly, on bumpy roads, newly-paved roads, quiet residential streets and windy country (asphalt) lanes. and one giant hill climb. It took off beautifully on a stretch of open highway, included in the route! John allowed me to get a feel for what the car can do in most situations! This was greatly appreciated by my husband (in the passenger seat), as we had discussed how to get a "great test drive" prior to meeting up with John! My husband was happy with the comfort of the passenger seat, so my mind was made up. Unfortunately, my budget was somewhat limited, but John championed my cause to Dan Gordish, the Sales Manager, and between them, they took very good care of us, quickly and with great professionalism, working to get the sale made. I highly recommend Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge for quick courteous service, great price and wonderful sales experience all the way! More

A Great Experience!!! I wanted to write a review to let people know how GREAT of experience we had at Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Massilon Ohio. I had bee I wanted to write a review to let people know how GREAT of experience we had at Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Massilon Ohio. I had been searching for a truck about 6 months before driving over 3 hours to the dealership in Massilon. We looked at the truck online and decided it was worth the 3 hour trip to view it in person. We were met at the door by Mr. Mark Hastler. Mark was not a pushy salesman at all and was great to deal with. My wife and I have purchased 7 vehicles in the past, and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Once we commited to buy the vehicle, we sit down with Mr. John Marks to go over all of the financing information, and he was just as helpful as Mark. We have had the vehicle about a week now, and I'm still as happy as I was the day I bought it. To top it off, Mark sent us a thank you card in the mail a few days later with a personal note on it. How is that for customer service? They certainly earned a customer for life with me. The next time we buy a vehicle, we will make the 3 hour drive again to Progressive! THANKS MARK AND JOHN!!!! More
