Made an apt to see/test a used 2019 Mustang this morning. After driving almost 2 hours, Bruce the salesperson refused to even start the car and flat out said we don't do test-rides. I'm a senior citizen and was ready to make a deal but after being told I can test-ride it after I buy, no thank you. I almost had to persuade him to show me the car which was quite far away and a dismal walk in the rain. After the unfortunate experience with Bruce, I asked to speak to the used car manager and he reluctantly obliged. Also, their price was 8k over KBB CPO Dealer Retail price.
