Words can't express how pleased we are with our experience with RBM of Alpharetta! We went into the dealership knowing of their outstanding reputation, but still were impressed above the praises we experience with RBM of Alpharetta! We went into the dealership knowing of their outstanding reputation, but still were impressed above the praises we'd already heard. Our sales specialist, Lori Mohr, is knowledgeable, personable and did an amazing job educating us on the brand and it's lineup, as we had been BMW owners previously. We ended up building a GLE 450 for our travel car and could not be more pleased with the purchase, so much so, that we are looking to now purchase another Mercedes from Lori and the dealership as a "runabout town" car in the near future. Mercedes has a reputation of the highest standard and RBM of Alpharetta and Lori Mohr reflect those standards beyond reproach. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we understood the allure of the Mercedes name, based on its product, but even more so on the highest standards of their employee's dedication to excellence. ALL PARTIES KNOW HOW ANXIOUS I WAS TO GET INTO THE SL63 THE OF ALPHARETTA, DAN BERRY, NEAL (SALES MGR), AND ROBERTO (FINANCE SPECIALIST) TREATED ME. I was in dire need to get a special car and had been to other dealers but to no avail until I gave a trial to RBM Alpharetta. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to Bill Favini. He was the best other dealers but to no avail until I gave a trial to RBM Alpharetta. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to Bill Favini. He was the best sales person you could ask for. Bill was very patient with me in making my choice based on what my idea was. He went through the inventory with me, helped me select the car i wanted and we built it together. I loved every bit of the process as he made it seamless. Lisa was the finance person and yes, she did walk us through the financing process as well and made it an easy quick process. She also got us the best deal. Thank you to Bill and Lisa. Highly recommended More
