Since I spotted my car on carguru, I was from out of state. and he made the sale and paperwork easy as 123. Have you ever been agonizing long at a dealer to finalize a sale?? Not here! I had the keys in my hand before I finished my complimentary coffe.. and that’s not all. It’s not the process.. everyone has to do the same thing to buy a car.. it’s the way you are treated from the front door to the hand shake goodbye Even when I walked in the front door, receptionist greeted me by name ( obviously Sheaffer alerted her to my appointment) I love my car.. I met Kyle at my first visit and what stood out to me was there was not any pressure to buy that day. He gave me all the feedback on the GLC I was looking at , just didn’t make me feel pressured. I was wanting a specific one but did not want to order one and I was in no rush. I have told everyone I know about the no pressure service I received and that is why I purchased from RBM. Kyle was honest with every step of the way which made me very comfortable and trusting in the advice he would give. This was my first Mercedes and won’t be my last based off of the special attention you are given from when you step foot in the door. If you are concerned with being hassled by a dealer when showing interest in a vehicle you have no worries, Kyle will make you happy you chose RBM and the experience you will receive. More

excellent sales person I initially saw the vehicle I wanted to purchased online. My husband went to the dealership and Pam assisted him with the purchase. There was an amenity that was not included in the car that was potentially a deal breaker. Pam was able to negotiate with management to add it! I am very pleased with my car and the service Pam offered. I am also happy that my husband took the time from his busy schedule to make sure I got th car o wanted. He’s a keeper!?? More

My Extended Family I just completed purchasing a new car after leasing my first one. This was my second experience with Ramona and she is fabulous! I wasn't completely sure if I wanted to purchase my leased car, which I loved, or buy a new one. Ramona worked with me over several months to help me make my final decision. I test drove multiple models, while she pulled detailed comparisons and cost analyses to provide me guidance. She was very patient and helpful just as she was when she worked with me on my lease. Ramona also met with my husband who had different ideas on a vehicle than I did. She gladly performed additional analysis and shared future model changes, winning him over completely! Through the process she expedited answers to all my questions, following up with phone calls to ensure clarity. Ramona provided me encouragement with no pressure and she and Lisa made my buying experience painless. They both are truly dedicated to putting their customers first! Lisa is thorough and made my purchase just as easy as my lease. She is a joy and I discovered I relate with her on so many levels! Diane is also fantastic with her easy manner and knowledge.
